Commissions

What are Commissions? Why do I do them?
Commissions are when you ask someone to draw you something, and then you pay them to do it.

As for why, there's two main reasons. One, I'm a college student with no job and need money to pay help pay for some things while I'm at school. Two, I'd like the experience of doing this since I want to do freelance work and do this sort of thing for a living. I figure you can never start too early. :)

What I Will and Will Not Draw
I will draw your own characters.

I will draw fanart of your favorite characters from a comic or television show.
(For above, it may be helpful for me if you include images of the characters because I may be unfamiliar with them and need a reference.)

I will do any of my own characters, even if it's just some random guy that was in the background of panel whatever on page whatever, or even if it's a character not formally introduced. (i.e. "draw so-and-so's parents!")

I will not draw any nudity (Okay, guys can be topless, but that's it).

I will not anything of sexual content.

Payment/Process
Payments are done through PayPal. After I agree to draw whatever it is you want and the price is agreed on, I would like half of the cost upfront. (So I can try to evade anyone trying to make me work for nothing...)

If you want to approve a thumbnail design first, just let me know and I will send one to you. (They will likely be very rough sketches of an idea for composition and what-not) If you like it (or didn't ask to approve thumbnail designs first), then I'll complete the drawing. I'll send you a smaller watermarked version to prove completion, then you pay the other half before I send you the finished product.

If you want to have the completed drawing mailed to you, it doesn't cost you anymore. (At least, for now...I may change this later if I discover shipping is more costly than I anticipated.) After you pay the final half, I'll ship it to you. Drawings done digitally I can either just print and put in a sheet protector, or have them printed larger and laminated - the choice is up to you, but if you want it printed larger and laminated, I might add more into the price to cover the cost of doing so. Traditionally done drawings you will get the original sent to you.
